Banksy

I mentioned Banksy's into to the Simpsons in my essay, I thought I'd better share it here, too.

It's the evening, you've had a long and difficult day at work, you sit down in front of your tv to switch off for a while and zone out. You decide to do this with some animation, you switch over to the Simpsons, it's time to laugh. This comes on, how do you feel? Please comment.

Essay

I'm writing an essay, and these are the things I am probably writing about..

Augmented reality is getting more and more popular. This device lets you model and manipulate in 3D, with use of glasses.



And this video has reached over 2 million people, I would say that makes it pretty important. If I don't use this, I'll probably write a bit about video games or 3D movies.

Uncle, resketched

I've re-sketched the uncle. I think he looks older now. I'll add some more colour and update this post later.

I've been working on this now and again throughout this morning, updating as I go. Just added the green robe..

Character Sketch

I've started my character sketch for one of my units.


The character is the main character's uncle from Red Barchetta by Rush.

I'm a bit stuck with this one though, I'm not really sure how I should make him look. He's not described in the song. All that we know about him is that he preserved a barchetta race car for the main character, in a world where such cars are not illegal as they are not safe enough.
At the end of the song, the main character joins his uncle by the fireplace for wine. I imagine the uncle to be some sort of grizzled rocker type, but I'm just not entirely sure what to do at the moment.
